Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via royal mail. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-5 days. Please make sure your contact information is correct for any tracking information. 

We are not responsible for any delays to deliveries due to the courier. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen orders. Please contact Royal Mail if you have an issue with your delivery.

If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete address, we will send this back out to you, however the postage will need to be purchased again, and a correct address given.

If you have had an attempted delivery, you will have a certain time frame to re arrange. If the parcel is not collected within the couriers time frame the parcel will be sent back to us. In this case, we can send the items back to you but you will need to repurchase the shipping. If not the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Other international shipping includes the following countries: United States, China, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Canada
